Join us at the Bobbin & Brush Studio for Start a Sketchbook, a relaxed and inspiring 1- or 2-day art workshop where you'll explore a range of mediums and styles—all fully guided and perfect for beginners or those wanting to refresh their creativity.
The class runs from 10am to 2pm on both days with a discount available for those booking both dates.
Day 1 kicks off with playful watercolour and pen illustrations, helping you loosen up and build confidence with colour and line. You'll then move into a vibrant oil pastel study, learning how to layer and blend for bold, expressive results.
Day 2 dives into gouache with a calming floral painting, followed by an acrylic landscape to develop your observation and brushwork skills.
Depending on the pace of the class, if time allows, there will be a chance to work on additional studies.
